FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Straight answers to the questions owners and IT leads ask before connecting a tenant.
What is VisibleState?
VisibleState connects to your Microsoft 365 and Power Platform with read-only access and shows what you have, what is risky, what costs money, and what to fix first — in language owners and IT leads can share.
Is access read-only?
Yes. VisibleState uses Microsoft Graph and related APIs with read-only permissions. It does not change your tenant configuration during discovery and assessment.
Who is it for?
Direct customers who want clarity over their Microsoft estate, and MSP partners who manage many customer tenants with strict isolation.
How does onboarding work?
Register, verify your email, connect Microsoft, choose workloads to scan, review the report, then subscribe. You can pause and resume as you go.
What about billing?
Plans are listed on the pricing page. Subscriptions support monthly and annual billing through the configured payment provider. Invoices and plan changes live under Billing in the portal.
Can MSPs manage multiple customers?
Yes. MSP accounts manage a portfolio of customer tenants. Switching customers updates inventory, risk, and reports for that tenant only — data is not shared across tenants.
Do you train AI on our data?
No. VisibleState does not use your tenant data to train AI models. Assessments and scores stay within your workspace controls.
How do I get support?
Signed-in customers use in-app notifications and support contacts from Settings. Before launch you can also join the waitlist on the home page.
