VisibleState is operated by PWR INNOVATIONS (PTY) LTD. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean PWR INNOVATIONS (PTY) LTD.
This Refund Policy applies to purchases of VisibleState services from PWR INNOVATIONS (PTY) LTD. Checkout uses Yoco or PayFast for South African payments (ZAR), and Lemon Squeezy for international card payments (USD).
South African purchases (Yoco / PayFast)
For purchases processed through Yoco or PayFast, contact [email protected] within 14 days of the transaction date. We will review the request in line with applicable law and the nature of the purchase.
International purchases (Lemon Squeezy)
International checkout is processed by Lemon Squeezy. Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date via your Lemon Squeezy receipt email or by contacting [email protected]. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under local law.
How to cancel
You may cancel a subscription to prevent future billing. If a subscription is cancelled, access remains active until the end of the current billing period unless the payment processor or applicable law provides otherwise.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact PWR INNOVATIONS (PTY) LTD before initiating a chargeback so the issue can be reviewed promptly.
