VisibleState is operated by PWR INNOVATIONS (PTY) LTD. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean PWR INNOVATIONS (PTY) LTD.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VisibleState platform, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by PWR INNOVATIONS (PTY) LTD ("PWR INNOVATIONS (PTY) LTD", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, connecting a Microsoft tenant, or purchasing a subscription or assessment, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
VisibleState provides Microsoft 365 governance, assessment, scanning, reporting, and related operational intelligence tools on a subscription or per-assessment basis as selected at checkout. Plan entitlements, scan limits, and feature access depend on your active plan.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to connect Microsoft tenants, invite users, and accept charges for your organisation. You are responsible for credentials and activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with platform operations, or use the Service in violation of applicable law or Microsoft terms. Automated scanning is subject to plan entitlements and rate limits.
4. Fees, billing, and taxes
Fees are shown at checkout in ZAR (South Africa, via Yoco or PayFast) or USD (international, via Lemon Squeezy) as applicable. Subscriptions renew according to the billing interval you select unless cancelled. Prices may exclude VAT or other taxes where stated. Our Refund Policy explains cancellations and refunds.
5. Data and privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how PWR INNOVATIONS (PTY) LTD processes personal and tenant data. You retain ownership of your data; we process it to provide the Service.
6. Availability and support
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Enterprise and MSP plans may include contractual SLA targets where agreed in writing. Platform status is published on our status page.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PWR INNOVATIONS (PTY) LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to fees paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
